3. Personalized Orders

You are responsible for carefully reviewing all personalization information before submitting your order.

Once a personalized order enters production, changes may no longer be possible.

Crafty Keepsake is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect personalization information submitted by the customer.

4. Orders and Payments

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit an order if we reasonably believe that:

Because many Crafty Keepsake products are personalized and made to order, production may begin shortly after your order is placed.

We cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or canceled once production has started.

Orders that have already entered production or have been shipped may not be eligible for cancellation.

Shipping and delivery estimates are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Delivery times may be affected by circumstances outside our control, including:

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Crafty Keepsake is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Because personalized products are made specifically for each customer, they may not be eligible for return or refund due to a change of mind.

We may request photographs or other information to verify the issue.

Depending on the circumstances, we may offer:
